Profile: Executive Assistant - Founders /CEO Office, Mumbai, Nariman Point

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious Executive Assistant / Founders Office Associate to work directly with our CEO.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for a management graduate (0 - 5 years of experience) who wants to understand how a fast-scaling global business is run across multiple verticals.

The role goes beyond traditional executive assistance; youll act as an extension of the Founder’s Office, driving execution, ensuring departmental alignment, and contributing to the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Founder’s Office Operations

  • Work closely with the Founder & CEO on day-to-day priorities, business reviews, and follow-ups across departments.
  • Drive accountability with department heads — ensuring agendas, goals, and projects are tracked and completed.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefs for leadership meetings and reviews.

2. Strategic Projects & Scale-Up Initiatives

  • Support the CEO in key growth initiatives, investor meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, client presentations, and financial projection models.
  • Research and analyze new business opportunities, competitor activities, and process improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between departments — design, merchandising, sourcing, production, HR, finance, and sales.
  • Consolidate data and insights from multiple teams to support informed decision-making.

4. Personal & Administrative Support

  • Manage aspects of the Founder’s personal schedule, travel planning, and high-priority personal projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA / Management Graduate (fresh to 5 years of experience).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven personality.
