Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow our partner network and drive channel sales in the field of engineering software (CAD/CAM/CAE). Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts, OEMs, and end customers. Coordinate company resources across support, service, and management teams to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in key customer and partner accounts. Work closely with channel partners to drive sales and ensure alignment with business goals. Promote company programs and initiatives to assigned partners and drive adoption. Identify and recruit new partners to expand the channel network. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote brand and increase market share. Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in software sales, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE software such as: MATLAB, CATIA, 3d SolidWorks, Altair, COMSOL, CREO, etc. Candidates with experience in CEO creation or stakeholder engagement will be given preference. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners.
