Specialist Operations (Hardware)

As an Operations Specialist - Hardware at ICT360, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer schools by managing hardware procurement assistance, post-sales services, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with schools to understand hardware requirements and budget constraints. - Researching and identifying suitable hardware options, initiating procurement processes, and managing vendor negotiations. - Creating and managing purchase orders. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hardware vendors. - Coordinating post-sales services, including installation, maintenance, and warranty support. - Maintaining accurate records of hardware purchases, post-sales activities, and service requests. - Coordinating logistics for the delivery, installation, and post-sales support of hardware. - Assisting in budget planning for hardware procurement and post-sales services. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement in hardware procurement and post-sales services. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and school administrators. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in hardware procurement and post-sales services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in hardware procurement, logistics, post-sales services, or operations. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in using procurement and inventory management tools. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
