About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in inside sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue through prospecting, partner engagement, order processing, payment follow-ups and relationship building for Dassault Systems products across western region.,m

This role demands a result-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end inside sales operations, engage partners and customers, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and regular reporting.

Role & responsibilities

  • Account Management for assigned partners and customers across western region.
  • Lead generation through tele calling, email campaigns, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Partner assignment and engagement ensuring regular communication, support, and activity tracking.
  • Order processing & coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and provide necessary product and service information.
  • Work closely with the field sales team and management to meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and share weekly reports/MIS with management.

Ability to multitask and prioritize, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 35 years of experience in inside sales (preferably in selling engineering softwares like MATLAB, Ansys, LabVIEW, PTC etcSmart Manufacturing solutions).
  • Strong experience in tele calling, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Experience with Dassault Systems products or related solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel (MIS reporting), and presentation tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to build rapport across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong team collaboration and coordination skills.
