What You'll Be Doing Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all additions, disposals, transfers, and retirements are accurately recorded and reconciled. Review and process capital expenditure requests, ensuring proper capitalization criteria are met. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP. Perform monthly P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis and support management with company financial activities such as month, quarter and year end close. Identify and Partner with finance and other departments on various projects, including development and improvement of manual processes and work with external auditors on matters relating to the annual and quarterly financial statement audit.
