Job Description Operations Management Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, productivity, and timely delivery. Maintain efficient logistics, warehousing, and inventory tracking systems Lead production planning, capacity utilization, and resource optimization to meet market demand. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and best-in-class practices to achieve operational excellence. Monitor statutory compliance related to manufacturing, safety, environment, and labor. Collaborate closely with Quality leadership to ensure that plant operations support the quality requirements. People Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in production, logistics, and procurement. Define department-wise KPIs and ensure accountability through regular reviews. Foster collaboration among Sales, Accounts, and Marketing for operational synergy. Foster a high-performance culture with emphasis on safety, ethics, and teamwork. Financial & Business Impact Monitor and control operational budgets, plant costs, and CAPEX/OPEX utilization. Drive profitability through efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and waste reduction. Assist senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Key Requirements Qualification: B.Tech. / M.Tech (mandatory) with MBA in Operations. Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing operations (FMCG or Chemical manufacturing experience preferred). Role & responsibilities Accounts Handle accounting activities with proficiency. Support internal and statutory audits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections for operations & projects. Preparation of the Annual Business Plan Process payments and monitor budgets. Review vendor and customer balances. Preparation of docs such as invoices, Pos etc Regulatory filings, such as PF, TDS, GST etc Financial Management and Reporting Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives Analyse financial results, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to business leaders.
