Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Lead with a proven track record in a fast-paced growth startup and prior Big4 experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day finance operations while also driving strategic financial planning, compliance, and investor reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations for business growth.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and optimize finance systems, controls, and processes for scale.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
  • Support fundraising activities, due diligence, and investor relations.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a small but high-performing finance team.


Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of progressive finance experience, with initial training at a Big4 firm (audit, tax, or advisory).
  • Current or recent experience as a finance leader in a growth-stage startup.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, and Zoho Books).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.
  • CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience managing Investor reporting, Transfer Pricing and Due diligence processes.
