Finance Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance team and drive the company’s financial strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and guiding critical financial decisions that support business growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, tax requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Review and approve financial statements, reports, and key documents.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance leadership or senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
