• MBA graduates from top institutes (top 15% of your class preferred).
• Equipped with 0-2 years of experience.
• Academically accomplished with a track record of excellence.
• Proven winners or active participants in case competitions.

• Possess exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and ambitious.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with the MD on critical business initiatives, from concept to execution.
• Facilitating strategic planning and informed decision-making across all departments.
• Executing in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Crafting high-level executive communications, presentations, and reports.
• Leading cross-functional efforts to ensure high-priority projects achieve their goals.
