We offer a range of online training modules that are interactive and engaging for learners of all levels, using a scientific approach to teach safety, basic life support and first aid skills, and soft skills. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Region for a office associate position. As a you will be responsible for developing and managing safety training programs, including environmental, physical, organizational, and educational safety programs. You will work closely with other teams to develop training programs that are relevant and impactful, leaning heavily on your technical expertise in safety management. Qualifications A degree in Health, Safety and Environment or a relevant field Proven experience as a Safety Training Manager or Safety Professional Knowledge of environmental, physical, organizational, and educational safety requirements and regulations Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical information to diverse audiences Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
