You are a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts/Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial operations. With over 10 years of accounting and finance experience, strong managerial capabilities, and the willingness to travel, you will excel in this role. Proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, ITR filing, and Excel-based MIS reporting is crucial for success. Your primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, leading a team of accountants, overseeing timely GST, TDS, and ITR filings, preparing and analyzing MIS reports using Excel, maintaining accurate financial records using Tally, supporting audits, and collaborating with senior management on budgeting and strategic financial planning. As a qualified candidate, you are a CA Drop Out with a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. You have proven managerial experience, possess in-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, excel in advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, are proficient in Tally ERP, and exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities. Your willingness to travel as required complements your dedication to ensuring financial success.
