Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) 12–15 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in cold chain logistics, food distribution, FMCG, or supply chain-driven businesses. Experience with multi-location operations, warehouse accounting, and logistics-heavy business models Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Management Accounting & Financial Reporting Inventory, Logistics & Cost Accounting Taxation & Compliance Treasury, Cash Flow & Capex Management Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Systems, Controls & ERP Implementation Leadership & Team Management Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial compliance Commercial acumen with experience in operations finance and cost optimization Understanding of cold chain logistics, perishables handling, and distribution economics Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proven ability to drive systems/process automation and manage ERP platforms Show more Show less
