We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Expert to support municipal financial operations and reforms in Patna. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of municipal finance frameworks and public sector accounting.

>>Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for municipal projects.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and standards.
• Support revenue enhancement strategies and expenditure rationalization.
• Assist in the implementation of financial management systems and reforms.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and other stakeholders for financial coordination.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and capacity building to municipal staff on financial procedures.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional degree: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in

  Municipal Finance

• Strong knowledge of public financial management, accounting standards, and urban governance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

>>Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with government or urban local bodies.
• Familiarity with municipal budgeting and fund flow mechanisms.
• Understanding of urban infrastructure financing and PPP models.
