Job Description

Job Title: Finance Executive

Exp - Fresher - 2 years

Location : Bangalore

Role SummaryThe Client-Facing Finance Executive will manage financial operations related to client accounts, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial communication. This role requires close coordination with clients, internal delivery teams, and management to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and financial transparency.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Billing & Coordination

Prepare and issue client invoices as per contracts, milestones, and SLAs
Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries, rate cards, and payment terms
Ensure accuracy in client invoices and supporting documents
Act as the single point of contact for client-related finance queries

Accounts Receivable & Collections

Track receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments
Share aging reports and escalate delays internally and to clients when required
Maintain strong professional relationships with client finance teams

Financial Reporting & MIS

Prepare client-wise revenue, billing, and collection MIS reports
Support management with financial insights related to client accounts
Assist in forecasting revenue and cash flow from client projects

Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and contractual financial terms
Maintain proper documentation for audits and client reviews
Support internal and external audits related to client accounts

Internal Coordination

Work closely with delivery, HR, and sales teams for project costing and billing inputs
Validate timesheets, effort sheets, and milestone approvals before invoicing
Support contract renewals and client onboarding from a finance perspective

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of client billing, AR, and revenue recognition
Excellent communication and email drafting skills for client interaction
Ability to handle escalations professionally and diplomatically
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA Finance)
