Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at triSys. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the hiring process. They will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Location Candidates must be from Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, or Kolkata.
