Finance Executive

Role Overview

Join The Wisdom Club as a Finance Executive and play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of Mumbai's premier elder care organization. We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to ensure fiscal responsibility while supporting our mission of providing exceptional care to seniors.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow)

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Generate detailed financial reports for management decision-making

Compliance & Tax Management

• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations

• Prepare and submit timely tax returns and statutory filings

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

• Maintain compliance with healthcare industry financial regulations

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews

• Monitor budget variances and provide analytical insights

• Support strategic financial planning initiatives

• Develop cost-control measures and efficiency improvements

Healthcare Finance Specialization - Good to have

• Manage insurance claims processing and patient billing

• Handle medical equipment depreciation and asset management

• Process vendor payments for medical supplies and services

• Support pricing strategies for care packages and services

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in healthcare

• Professional certification (CA/CMA/CS) preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP)

• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities

• Knowledge of GST portal, TDS compliance, and e-filing procedures

• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems is advantageous
