Job Description Position Title : Finance Executive Department : Finance & Accounts Organization : Sunyatee International Foundation Location : Balewadi, Pune Experience Required : 1-3Years Reporting To : Finance Manager/Senior Accountant Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive with 1-3 years of experience in financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for daily accounting activities, financial record maintenance, and assisting in reporting and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal ledgers Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor and manage cash flow and expense tracking Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements Support budgeting and forecasting processes Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Familiarity with statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI) Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance) Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role To Apply: Please send your resume to HR@sifworld.com OR Call @ 8855007419 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
