Finance Executive

Department: Finance Reporting To: Finance Manager Location: Balewadi, Pune Designation: Finance Executive Required Experience : 1-3Years No. Of Vacancies: 1 Joining Date: Immediate Job Description: 1.Financial Operations: Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, cash books, and expense reports. Handle daily cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions. Process vendor and staff payments in accordance with finance policy. Verify bills/invoices and ensure supporting documents are in order before submitting to Finance Dept. Preparation of PRL, Comparative Statement, Purchases Orders and etc. documents 2.Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in preparation of branch budget. Weekly Prepare and submit income & expense statements to Finance Dept. 3.Coordination with & Other Departments: Coordinate with the Finance Dept Team for fund requirements, documentation, and reporting with. Work closely with PIC, Admin and Operations for smooth implementation of projects and events. 4.Statutory & Banking: Ensure TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements are followed as per applicable laws. Liaise with banks for deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and other branch-related banking tasks. 5.Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor and maintain records of fixed assets, inventory, and office supplies at the branch. Assist in asset verification and stock audits as required.
