Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage core accounting and financial operations Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers in accordance with accounting standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries for management Ensure timely preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and inter-company transfers File GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings on time Reconcile input tax credit with GST portal Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits Ensure compliance with income tax laws, professional tax, and PF/ESI if applicable Manage vendor accounts including hotels, transporters, airlines, and destination management companies Oversee receivables from B2B agents, corporate clients, and direct customers Prepare and manage cost sheets and profitability analysis for each tour or package Reconcile online booking platforms and payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting with actual versus budget variance analysis Monitor expense reports and support cost control measures across departments Identify trends in revenue and expenses and provide strategic insights for business decisions Utilize tools like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Excel for accounting and reporting Support digital payment tracking, UPI audits, and reconciliation Implement financial process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy Requirements Hold a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred) Possess 1–2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service sector Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian tax laws including GST and TDS and compliance requirements Exhibit advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software Show strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset Manage multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understand tour costing and pricing strategy Have experience working with CRM tools or travel ERP platforms Bring exposure to international transactions, forex accounting, or IATA billing as an added advantage About Company: Your gateway to unforgettable experiences!
