Reports To: DY.CFO Finance associate role : Bcom fresher with internship in some good manufacturing company Finance controller role : CMA+ 1 to 2 years experience in Manufacturing unit Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Controller with 1–3 years of experience to oversee and manage the financial operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial efficiency across plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor plant performance against financial targets and KPIs. Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Accounting & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. Maintain general ledger and oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes. Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Cost Accounting & Inventory Control Track and analyse manufacturing costs, including BOM, labour, and overheads. Conduct periodic inventory valuation and reconciliation. Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Business Partnering Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial goals. Provide financial insights to support operational decisions and capital investments. Technology & Process Improvement Leverage ERP systems (SAP) for financial data management. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or plant-based finance role. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to plant operations and industrial finance. Familiarity with India
