Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Finance Controller

to lead our finance team at our Bhandup location. The ideal candidate should be a

CA-qualified professional

with a minimum of

5 years of post-qualification experience

, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup. Strong expertise in

SAP

and

team management

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
Monitor internal controls and develop processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis to senior management.
Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely deliverables and professional development.
Coordinate and manage external audits and internal audit requirements.
Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
Implement and optimize SAP processes to enhance financial reporting and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)
Excellent team leadership and people management skills
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
