Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage
day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial planning activities.The role involves handling salary processing, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, andcash flow management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while supportingmanagement in decision-making.Workplace type: ON_SITE. Location: Bangalore .Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reconciliation: Perform account closure and bank reconciliations; reconcile credit card transactions; maintain TDS records; manage internal fund transfers and USD–INR conversions.
Payroll & Benefits: Process salaries, generate payslips, handle full & final settlements, manage employee reimbursements and maintenance expenses, and add new employees to PF and health insurance.
Payments & Billing: Process vendor payments, update Finance MIS sheets, track payment status, raise invoices and ensure follow-up on dues.
Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare salary and expense projections, revenue allocations, budgets, Profit & Loss statements, and regular financial reports; maintain financial master sheets (Valuebound, AM-FMS, Zoho Books) with monthly closure.
Compliance & Statutory Filings: Prepare compliance documentation and handle statutory return filings including TDS, PF, PT, GSTR1, GSTR3B, ROC, MSME, MGT 7, DIR, and deposit returns; support tax audits and annual return filing requirements.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA Interpreferred), Articleship in CA firms. Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Skills: compliance,financial reporting,salary,reporting,management,finance
