Join us in Amazon’s fastest-growing business!As a Finance Analyst in Amazon NOW Finance, you’ll be at the heart of shaping India’s most dynamic quick-commerce play.If you thrive in ambiguity, love cracking real-time problems, and want your insights to drive margin, selection, speed and customer experience for millions—this role gives you a front-row seat and a steering wheel.Key job responsibilitiesOwn weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance by delivering deep financial insights across revenue, margins, cost drivers, and customer behaviour.Build and drive scalable financial models to support new initiatives, city launches, selection expansion, cost programs and long-term planning.Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Category, Supply Chain and Tech to influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.Lead P&L management for core NOW programs—identify variances, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.Support pricing, promotions and selection strategy through detailed analysis of elasticity, contribution margins and competitive benchmarking.Co-own automation and system improvements to streamline reporting, create self-serve dashboards, and enhance financial accuracy and speed.Drive controllership excellence by ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and good governance across financial processes.Prepare business narratives and leadership reviews with crisp storytelling, clear drivers, and actionable insights.Evaluate investment cases and perform scenario planning to support leadership decision-making for a rapidly evolving business.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of finance experience
2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
