Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintenance of books of account in a computerized environment. Experience of using accounting tools such as Tally
• Finalization of Accounts (P&L, B/S).
• Preparation of Cash Flow and Funds Flow statements.
• Supervision and coordination of Statutory Audit with the auditing firm.
• Income Tax matters such as Tax Deducted at Source, and its payments, filing of e-tds quarterly returns, tax returns for individuals and company, Tax Audit and assessments
• Preparation of GST monthly returns, completion of GST audits and assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with all Statutory requirements like direct (Income Tax) and indirect taxation (GST etc.) and RBI regulations.
• Preparation of CMA data and Coordination with the bankers for renewal / enhancement of Cash Credit accounts within the time. Preparation and submitting of stock/production statements, FFR etc., to Banks.
• Preparation of Export Documents & negotiations with Bank and obtaining the Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and experience in effectively communicating key data including presentations (MIS) to senior management, board or other outside partners Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting.
• Calculation of advance tax payment. Preparation of statement showing
• Computation of income and tax liability thereon based on estimated profits given by the Company.
• Managing transactions with vendors/partners and customers
• Managing legal and taxation activities such as IT, EPF, Gratuity, GST
• Should be able to prepare and pay invoices and Initiate payments
• Manage Bookkeeping and accounting
• Deal with banks, vendors and customers
