Finance Analyst

• Financial Reporting & Analysis

  Prepare, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis to highlight insights.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial models. Track actuals against budgets and highlight deviations with explanations.

• Decision Support

  Provide solutions and recommendations to client management based on financial data and analysis.

• Compliance & Accuracy

  Ensure client books and reports adhere to GAAP and other regulatory/management requirements.

Responsibilities and Expectations-

This role will entail the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct month-end close activities including reconciliations and review of accounts.
• Support in building budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Perform financial and ratio analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and address queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to your manager.

Qualifications-

• Finance/Accounting degree Graduate / CA Inter / CFA Level 1 / MBA Finance.
• 02 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Self-directed and capable of working independently.

Interview Process-
