About the Role

B2B Sales & Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Identify and engage decision-makers on platforms like

      LinkedIn and email campaigns

      .
    • Research and qualify leads in the real estate and property management sectors.
    • Craft personalized outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Sales Pipeline Management

    • Track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
    • Schedule discovery calls, demos, and client presentations with the founder.
    • Support proposal preparation and contract finalization.
  • Marketing & Branding

    • Assist in creating

      case studies, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts

      .
    • Coordinate digital campaigns (LinkedIn ads, email campaigns, content marketing).
    • Track campaign performance and report on ROI.
  • Client Relationship Building

    • Ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and clients.
    • Support reputation building by managing feedback, testimonials, and online presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in

    B2B sales, business development, or marketing

    (international exposure preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, LinkedIn and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and think strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in

    professional services, SaaS, or outsourcing sales

    is a plus.
