Finance Analyst

We are looking out for Financial Analyst to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and assist in month-end closures, budgeting, and compliance activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Roles

• Manage daily accounting operationsAP, AR, GL posting, bank reconciliation.
  
• Assist in consolidation and preparation of management dashboards.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling.
  
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; consolidate inputs from cross-functional team.
  
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks/opportunities in business performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (HR, Operations, Business Units) to gather data and validate assumptions.
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  
• Strong in Excel & PowerPoint presentations (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modelling).
  
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Quick Books, Zoho, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of financial standards.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Preferred

• MBA, CA Inter, ACCA (Level II–III), or equivalent is a plus.
  
• Partnered with business heads to provide in-depth business analysis and insights on financial results
