Position: Solar Consultant

    B2C Sales

    Regional Sales Head / City Manager

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Minimum Graduate (Bachelors Degree in any discipline)
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in sales, renewable energy, or field marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  1. Drive residential solar sales by meeting potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering customized solar solutions.
  2. Generate and follow up on leads through customer visits, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within your region.
  4. Maintain a strong sales pipeline through diligent CRM updates and follow-ups.
  5. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction to post-installation support.
  6. Provide detailed product presentations, system benefits, and financing options to homeowners.
  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field engagement and relationship-building.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with marketing teams to organize on-ground events, exhibitions, and residential awareness drives.
  2. Maintain a robust CRM database of clients and prospects.
  3. Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and training workshops.

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent local travel within assigned territory.
  • Willingness to stretch during campaigns or customer installation drives.
