Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Account Development Manager. The individual will spearhead client acquisition, build and sustain relationships with society management, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include delivering sales pitches, managing accounts, executing business plans, and addressing client concerns to ensure outstanding customer service. The role also requires performance tracking, sales reporting, and coordination with other teams to meet sales targets effectively.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Training skills to achieve targets and develop strategic sales growth
  • 0-1 year of experience in Field Sales.
  • Should have Proficient communication in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance, analyze market trends, and drive data-driven decisions
  • Proven leadership capabilities to motivate and manage a team
  • Experience in the real estate, technology, or community management sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
