Job Description

Only considering Male Candidates Complete on-field opportunity with field visits. Looking for Immediate joiners. Please note: This is not a work-from-home opportunity, and freshers, please do not apply. Specific Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Onboarding The agent is required to go for inspection and convert the leads Maintain regular communication with owners, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work on system-generated leads and convert them Update client data and use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively Perks & Value Proposition: Health insurance: Rs 1 lakh per year, fully paid by the company. Promotions: Employees are promoted every 6 months, with outstanding performers eligible for promotions every quarter. Rewards: Monthly recognition and rewards for top performers. Career growth: Employees can become Assistant Managers in as little as 2 years. Team-building activities: Regular team parties and an Annual Day outing for all employees. Employee referral program: Incentives for bringing in new talent. Salary: Basic Pay( 20k-25k) + PF (3600) + Travel Allowance (4000-5000) + Incentives (15000 performance based)
