Job Description

Specific Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Onboarding The agent is required to go for inspection and convert the leads Maintain regular communication with owners, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work on system-generated leads and convert them Update client data and use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively Perks & Value Proposition: Health insurance: Rs 1 lakh per year, fully paid by the company. Promotions: Employees are promoted every 6 months, with outstanding performers eligible for promotions every quarter. Rewards: Monthly recognition and rewards for top performers.
