Job Description

About the Role:

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & B2B Sales

Identify, approach, and onboard pharmacy stores for the companys inventory management software.
Conduct field sales activities to drive business growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and service support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Lead Conversion & Target Achievement

Convert non-buying members into paying customers through effective pitching and product positioning.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales and lead targets.

4. Onsite Product Demonstrations

Provide in-person demos of the software to potential clients.
Assist in negotiation and closing of sales deals.

5. Market Feedback & Reporting

Gather product feedback from new and existing clients and share insights with the internal team.
Perform additional tasks as required for the role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in
software sales, IT sales, or FMCG
will be preferred.
Must be fluent in
Marathi & Hindi
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily field operations.
