Job Description

Position Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our Electrical Testing & Commissioning (ETC) services. The role involves business development, client engagement, lead generation, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities with industries, substations, EPC contractors, OEMs, and utilities. Promote the company’s testing, commissioning, and maintenance services. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical presentations. Explore opportunities in emerging sectors like renewable energy, metro projects, and data centers. Client Relationship Management Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand requirements. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and client payments. Market Research & Strategy Track ongoing and upcoming projects in the power sector. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making. Sales & Revenue Growth:- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell services such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), condition monitoring, and training programs. Expand the customer base into new geographies and industries. Coordination & Reporting Maintain proper records of client meetings, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/reporting formats. Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management. Liaise with project execution teams for service scheduling and delivery. Brand Building & Representation Represent the company at vendor meets, trade shows, and technical seminars. Distribute marketing materials, case studies, and brochures. Build brand awareness by showcasing company expertise and success stories. Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in electrical testing, commissioning, or power sector). Strong understanding of electrical systems, substations, and power equipment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
