Senior Architect

Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from conception to completion. You will manage design teams, interact with clients, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities;- - Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from concept to completion[6][7]. - Develop and present project proposals and designs to clients. - Create and review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications[2][6]. - Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders[7]. - Mentor and guide junior architects and team members[1][6]. - Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, sustainability, and safety standards[7]. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation[6][7]. - Regularly conduct site visits to inspect and monitor construction progress[1][7]. - Research design trends, materials, and best practices[1]. - Effectively communicate project status and updates to clients. Qualifications:- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture[6][7]. - Licensed Architect (required/preferred depending on local laws). - 8+ years of architectural experience, including project leadership[6][7]. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards[7]. - Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.[1][7]. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills[6][7]. - Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural projects. - Highly detail-oriented, creative, and organized.
