Field Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining an over-supplying effort by generating leads through various channels, training efficiently, and ensuring effective retention. You will be involved in market mapping on both demand and supply sides. Additionally, you will be accountable for delivering partner and customer targets in the assigned areas. Your role will also include actively moderating the driver customer community to enhance service quality and value for users. Furthermore, you will engage in retention activities such as partner engagement validation, supply fulfillment, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: - Constantly maintain a healthy pipeline of leads - Efficiently train and effectively retain leads - Conduct market mapping for both Demand and Supply sides - Deliver Partner and Customer Targets for assigned areas - Actively moderate the driver customer community - Engage in supply/customer retention activities - Conduct partner and customer negotiations - Execute Marketing and Branding initiatives as per BTL plans - Gather market and competitive intelligence and create actionable insights Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of field experience - People management experience is an added advantage - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Analytical skills with basic excel knowledge - Exceptional drive and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to be hands-on in the field - Strong work ethic and high attention to detail,
