Role Overview The CSR Partnerships Head will play a pivotal role in securing and managing partnerships with High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate entities. This individual will work closely with the Program Head and other team members to identify, engage, and onboard corporate partners who align with Deshpande Skillings mission. The role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of CSR frameworks, and the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Roles & responsibilities This role will be based in Hubli location and require you: Strategic Fundraising & Donor Development: - Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the NGOs mission and programmatic priorities. - Identify, engage, and secure grants/CSR funding from Indian corporates, philanthropic foundations and HNIs of Rs.15 Cr. annually. - Build a donor pipeline and proactively seek multi-year funding partnerships. CSR Partnership Development: -Cultivate strong relationships with CSR heads, foundation officers, donor representatives, and other stakeholders. -Ensure regular communication with donors through donor engagement activities. -Maintain high standards of donor servicing and engagement to encourage long-term commitment. Networking and Advocacy: -Represent Deshpande Skilling at CSR forums, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and attract potential partners. -Advocate for Deshpande Skillings mission and programs among corporate stakeholders. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance -Oversee the preparation of high-quality donor reports (narrative and financial), ensuring compliance with grant conditions and timelines. -Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and CSR policy regulations. CSR Insights & Trends: -Stay updated on CSR and fundraising trends, donor behavior, and sector shifts to inform strategy. -Leverage data, case studies, and impact assessments to strengthen the NGOs value proposition. -Monitor competitor and peer organization strategies to identify new opportunities and innovations. Preferred candidate profile -Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field. -Certification in the Indian CSR Act will be desirable. -Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in CSR, corporate fundraising, or partnership development. -Proven track record of securing and managing CSR partnerships.
