As a strategic leader at Deshpande Skilling, your primary responsibility will be to drive the organization's aggressive plans to elevate its impact numbers to 50,000 per year. You will be instrumental in developing robust relationships with industry leaders, gaining a profound understanding of industry needs, and offering valuable insights to internal teams for enhancing and evolving skilling services. Your role will involve expanding the network of employer partners, aiming to secure Deshpande Skilling as the preferred hiring partner for 25 out of the top 100 employers of degree college graduates nationwide. Leading the placement assistance team, you will focus on transforming it into a proficient fulfillment unit, ensuring that employer expectations are met while fostering and expanding existing partnerships. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess 10 to 15 years of experience in prominent Indian companies with a strong connection to the HR community. Prior experience in B2B sales and HR functions will be particularly advantageous. Your success will hinge on your exceptional presentation and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage in strategic discussions with employer company CXOs. This pivotal role will be based in Bangalore, necessitating regular travel to major employment hubs such as Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.
