Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Field Associate. The Field Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of projects related to sustainable energy, EV infrastructure, and real estate. Daily tasks include site visits, coordinating with local stakeholders, assisting in project management activities, and maintaining records of work progress. The role also involves collecting data, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing timely updates to the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, EV infrastructure, and real estate services
• Strong coordination, organization, and project management skills
• Experience in stakeholder interaction, fieldwork, and data collection
• Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in energy, EV, or real estate sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently on-site, with commitment to timely updates
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
