Job Title: Field Associate Location: Ludhiana / Punjab / North India (Travel Required) Industry: Real Estate Leasing / Franchise Development / Retail Expansion Job Description As a Field Associate at Vermson India, you will play a key role in supporting our leasing and expansion team by identifying potential properties, meeting landlords, coordinating with brand representatives, and managing on-ground business development activities. Key Responsibilities Visit markets and sites to identify new commercial properties for retail brands. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property brokers, and developers. Assist in data collection, property verification, and documentation. Support the leasing and franchise team in property shortlisting and negotiations. Coordinate with the head office for property updates and client follow-ups. Capture photos, videos, and relevant site details during field visits. Promote Vermson India’s services to potential partners and property owners. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (any field); preference for a real estate / marketing background. Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Self-motivated, target-orientated, and professional in approach.
