Key Responsibilities Develop and prototype applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG). Contribute to the design and development of chatbots and AI-driven tools for survivor care and case management. Clean, annotate, and analyze real-world datasets from law enforcement agencies and partner organizations. Assist in fine-tuning LLMs using instruction-tuning, embedding-based techniques, and other modern NLP approaches. Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing a B.E./B.Tech in AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent program). Familiarity with Python; experience with tools such as HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks is a strong plus. Solid academic performance (CGPA 7.5+ or equivalent preferred). Previous experience with chatbot development, LLM fine-tuning, or AI/ML research projects is highly desirable. Deeply motivated to leverage technology for meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard software. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of systems. Manage user accounts, access, and permissions using Active Directory. Handle LAN/WAN support and basic network troubleshooting. Monitor and respond promptly to service desk tickets. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement/repairs. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues. Required Skills : Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware. Proficient in Windows 10/11 OS and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with antivirus, backup tools, and remote support software. Basic networking skills (IP addressing, routers, switches). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document technical issues and resolutions clearly. Eligibility : 2 to 5 years of relevant desktop support or IT helpdesk experience. Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, or MCP are a plus. Other Details : Immediate joiners preferred. Willingness to travel within city offices if required. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable).
