Research Associate

Key Responsibilities: -         Should have understanding of the field research activities, able to plan and execute activities on the ground -         Involves extensive field work, Information collection, Data gathering -         Data reporting, document maintenance, and data representation in the necessary formats. -         A team player with the capacity to adhere to procedures and protocol -         Able to assess risk, evaluate and is able to respond quickly -         Confident, self-aware and willing to work under challenging circumstances -         Flexible to work within different Area of Operations -         Good communication skills in Local language (Kannada)   Desired Skills & Experience   -         Experience conducting field research in any industry, whether it be rural, urban, or both -         Understands Local language -         Flexible to travel and conduct field work on a regular/daily basis -         Should be young, smart and risk taker -         Confident and adaptable -         Open for Research Field work -         Team Player -         Good communication in local language -         Able to follow Protocol and Processes
