Purpose of the Job The HR Operations Executive will manage essential HR functions such as onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS (Keka) operations, and employee engagement coordination. This role ensures the smooth execution of HR processes and plays a key part in maintaining a consistent and people-centric employee experience.
What the Candidate Will Do: The Executive will support and execute operational HR responsibilities, including:
? Handling the end-to-end onboarding process and employee documentation.
? Maintaining accurate employee data in the Keka HRMS platform.
? Supporting employee engagement activities and HR events.
? Assisting with HR compliance, audit documentation, and exit formalities.
? Responding to employee queries related to HR processes and Keka.
What the Job Requires:
This position requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and people-friendly individual who can manage HR operations with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with Keka HRMS or similar platforms is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

? Onboarding & Documentation
? Manage new hire onboarding, including documentation, induction coordination, and Keka entry.
? Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork and internal policies.
? HRMS (Keka) Management
? Maintain and update employee data and records on Keka.
? Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs.
? Generate reports and respond to employee queries related to Keka.
? Employee Engagement Support
? Assist in organizing employee engagement events, celebrations, and internal communications.
? Track participation and collect feedback on engagement initiatives.
? Exit & Compliance Support ? Support in executing offboarding processes.
? Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audits and HR records.
