Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Pune. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The individual will also support various HR initiatives and contribute to the improvement of overall HR functions.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology consulting industry is a plus
