Location: Pune, In Office Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, including custom solutions built on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce implementations by designing and executing test strategies, automating regression tests, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to develop detailed and reusable test cases. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions. Validate Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and third-party integrations. Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete. Work closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps and ensure timely resolution. Execute API testing for REST/SOAP endpoints using Postman or similar tools. Ensure compliance with test policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide QA sign-off and support production deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce QA . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestComplete , or other relevant automation tools. Proficiency in test management tools like Jira, TestRail , or Zephyr . Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket . Working knowledge of SOQL , Apex logs , and debugging tools . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Show more Show less
