Business Development Executive Responsibilities: Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities over LinkedIn & other lead generation portals. Should have good experience of working on Freelancer, UpWork, Guru, LinkedIn and other freelancing portals. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Hello Candidate, We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Certinia Consultant (FinancialForce) to lead ERP solution design, implementation, and support for our global finance operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Certinia ERP (Financial Management, PSA, SCM) on the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP transformations. Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation of Certinia ERP (Financial Management, PSA, Revenue Management, etc.) Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis. Configure Certinia modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting & Forecasting, T&E, Multi-entity Consolidation. Design and implement custom solutions and integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems (e.g., Accpac, Oracle, SAP) to Certinia, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation. Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics tailored to business KPIs. Provide UAT support, training, and change management for finance and business teams. Act as a solution architect in scoping, estimation, and project planning. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and local tax regulations via Certinia configuration and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years ERP implementation experience, with at least 4+ years hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce). Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (GL, AR/AP, Consolidation, IFRS15, ASC606, Tax, Fixed Assets). Deep experience with Salesforce platform (objects, workflows, security, integrations). Proven expertise in data migration, reconciliation, and reporting within Certinia. Strong understanding of integration tools (custom APIs, middleware, ETL). Experience in agile / sprint-based ERP delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
