Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Custom Apps).
Perform manual and automation testing to validate features, functionality, and integrations.
Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
Ensure releases meet Salesforce standards and business requirements.
Provide detailed reporting and documentation of test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in QA testing with Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with manual testing and exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Provar).
Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Skills:

Salesforce QA/Testing certifications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
Knowledge of testing automation frameworks specific to Salesforce.
