Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Digital Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience with Salesforce.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify and report defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Analyze test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce testing, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
