Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing cross-functional technical teams, collaborating directly with customers, and utilizing project management tools like Jira and Salesforce to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal technical teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Jira and other project management tools.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations with both technical teams and customers.
• Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and solution architects to drive successful Salesforce-related implementations.
• Manage project documentation, change requests, and project governance processes.
• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment to ensure technical challenges are addressed promptly.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution with customers.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or technical project environments.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams (developers, architects) and business stakeholders/customers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including project setup, backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its project lifecycle (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom apps preferred).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Project Manager-related credentials).
• Experience working in customer-facing SaaS or cloud solution environments.
• Background in software development or technical project coordination.
