Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales & HR Support Associate, located in Pune. The associate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-sales support limited to preparing proposals. On the HR side, duties will include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in employee onboarding and engagement activities.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or HR support role is advantageous
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus
