Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10–16 years of progressive responsibility in managing complex government or civil projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with government/civil projects in India, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and strong project execution capabilities across design, prototyping, testing, and production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, production, and logistics.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality adherence, and budgetary control of projects.
• Interface with government clients, public sector undertakings, and private partners to provide regular project updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Production Engineering.

M.Tech or MBA (Project Management / Operations) is desirable.

• Proven experience in handling large, multidisciplinary projects from R&D to full-scale production.
• Strong communication skills is a must.
