Description
As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Valtech, you will be part of an environment focused on continuous learning, meaningful impact, and professional growth. Your innovative mindset and desire to make a lasting impact will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, SOM, and B2C Commerce. - Validate end-to-end business processes and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems. - Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Manage test automation frameworks and tools where applicable. - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and architects to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conduct defect triage, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes. - Provide QA sign-off and ensure release readiness for production deployments. - Work directly with customer teams, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 6+ years of total QA experience with at least 6+ years dedicated to Salesforce QA. - Hands-on testing experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, integrations, APIs, and business process flows. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and release management. - Excellent communication skills and strong customer-facing presence. - Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
